BIO

Mark is an oil painter residing in Northern California. His most recent focus has been painting interior artisanal spaces in his home town. Mark began his formal education by earning a BS in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and subsequently served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator. After leaving the service he enjoyed a career as a commercial airline pilot for a major airline. Following his aviation career, Mark attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California where he earned an MFA in Painting and Drawing. During his leisure time Mark enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and exploring nature.
